Two months ago, in an interview on Galei Tzahal, Herzog did not rule out the idea of pardoning Prime Minister Netanyahu.

When asked whether he would require Netanyahu to step aside in exchange for such a pardon, Herzog said he �won�t run away from anything� and would share the process with the public.
