Senate Republicans confirmed nearly 100 of President Trumps nominees earlier today, surpassing the confirmation pace from previous administrations.

A 5343 vote Thursday confirmed the 97 nominees, marking one of the final Senate floor actions of the year after Republicans took control of the chamber in January under Senate Majority Leader John Thune.
