Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with senior Hamas officials in Ankara, Reuters reports.

During the meeting, Hamas officials told Fidan they have met all the terms of the agreement, but said Israel’s continued strikes in Gaza are preventing a transition to the second phase.
