The FBI has captured a Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitive, Alejandro “Alex” Rosales Castillo, in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico, on January 16. He had been on the run for nearly a decade after being added to the list in 2017 for the 2016 murder of his former coworker.
