Border Police officers arrested a Palestinian suspected explosive device manufacturer near the West Bank city of Tulkarem this week, according to Israeli security forces. Authorities identified the suspect as Fadi Bahti, described by police, the Shin Bet, and the IDF as a central explosives maker for a terrorists operating in the area.

Officers raided Bahti’s home in the town of Shuweika and took him into custody. He was later transferred to the Shin Bet for further interrogation.
