Iran’s Supreme Leader accused the United States of creating an “ISIS-like” group to stir recent unrest, claiming it carried out arson attacks and killings across Iran, and alleged that the same U.S. intelligence elements behind ISIS in Iraq and Syria are now targeting Iran.
