Rockland County Executive Ed Day has declared a State of Emergency for Rockland County effective 6:00 PM Sunday in light of the blizzard forecast to impact the region. Due to the severity of the forecast, all vehicles should be off the roads by 6 p.m. Sunday for the duration of the emergency.
