Thousands of Kurdish Fighters Launch Ground Offensive in Western Iran

i24NEWS reports that thousands of Kurdish fighters affiliated with the Kurdistan Free Life Party have launched a ground offensive inside Iran, with fighters reportedly taking combat positions around the Marivan area in western Iran. An Iranian Kurdish official said thousands of PJAK fighters are already deployed in Iran’s mountainous regions.
