A suspect was arrested by the NYPD, with assistance from Flatbush Shomrim, in connection with an unprovoked assault at Avenue M and East 4th Street near Moshe’s Discount. The suspect was later taken into custody by NYPD officers at Avenue J and McDonald Avenue.
