i24NEWS reports that former Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar approached Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara with claims that Minister Itamar Ben Gvir interfered in police work, including on Har HaBayis, and raised concerns over the infiltration of “Kahanism” in the Police.
The Attorney General reportedly requested all materials to formulate the state’s response to a Supreme Court petition seeking Ben Gvir’s dismissal, raising concerns that the Shin Bet was being used in a legal-political matter.
Bar then instructed subordinates to gather information on Ben Gvir, despite the probe not yielding any findings.
