U.S. Deploys Ukrainian Counter-Drone System At Saudi Air Base Amid Regional Threats

The U.S. military has deployed Ukrainian counter-drone technology at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.

The Sky Map system, used by Ukraine’s military, helps detect incoming drone threats and coordinate responses with interceptor drones. Ukrainian officials recently arrived at the base to train U.S. personnel on its use.

Prince Sultan Air Base, located about 400 miles from Iran, has faced waves of drones and missile strikes since the war began.
