USAID’s watchdog says four more UNRWA staffers have been linked to Hamas and the October 7 massacre, including alleged involvement in holding Israeli hostages.

The individuals including teachers and a social worker were referred for U.S. suspension/debarment to block them from future American-funded aid work.

Officials say the investigation is ongoing, with additional referrals expected as efforts continue to prevent U.S. aid from reaching Hamas-linked actors.
