Sources tell Boro Park Scoop that in connection with last week’s early Monday morning shooting at 9th Avenue and 58th Street, the driver of the getaway vehicle has been taken into custody, and the vehicle he was operating has been recovered and impounded. The arrest follows hours of work by the NYPD 66th Precinct Detective Squad, together with members of the Boro Park Shomrim investigation and CCTV units. The shooter remains at large at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
