A major piece of Boro Park real estate, the longtime McDonald Avenue property home to ShopRite and Amazing Savings, is officially under contract in a massive $41 million deal, ending more than 40 years of ownership by Abraham Leser’s Leser Group.

The property is reportedly being sold to New Jersey’s Glass family.
