President Trump, in an interview with Lara Trump set to air Saturday, said he does not view military action against Iran through a political lens tied to the midterms, arguing there is only a “very small window” for major decisions involving war.

“If you wanted to play that game, then you would wait till the midterms are over and then the following hour, you will attack Iran because they cannot have a nuclear weapon,” Trump said, adding: “I have to do what’s right.”
