A new batch of Los Angeles County mail-in ballots broke heavily for Democrats, with Nithya Raman winning 40.2% of the latest vote drop, compared to 33.0% for Karen Bass and 17.7% for Spencer Pratt.

Pratt, who held an 8–9 point lead for second place on election night, now leads Raman by roughly 7,000 votes as additional mail ballots continue to be counted.
