Ramat Givat Ze’ev Encourages Aliyah

This extraordinary, new neighborhood, specially designed and built for families from the United States, is surpassing all Aliyah records!

The first residents who moved in last  year are overwhelmingly satisfied and happy — and their enthusiasm is sparking tremendous interest among US families who are now considering purchasing homes in Ramat Givat Ze’ev.

There are many unique aspects to Ramat Givat Ze’ev which renders it an outstanding community that is especially attractive to the American family.

One of the most exceptional features of the community is the ACHDUS and friendship among the residents.

The local boys school and girls school began classes this past year, under the leadership of Rabbi Avi Horowitz. Two brand-new, state-of-the-art school buildings will be completed by the 2020 school year.

The sum of $1,500,000 has been invested in a luxurious Mikveh, which is expected to open in the next few months.

Residents of the neighborhood enjoy its spacious parks, tennis court, basketball court and outdoor exercise areas.

The commercial area is expected to open over the next several months, starting with a bakery, a supermarket, a pizza store, a deli with take-out and a dry cleaner.

This is the time to think fast. Real estate agents anticipate that once the remaining 40 units are sold, and given all the special features of the community, demand and prices for homes will increase by as much as 30%.

  1. I find these types ads ‘encouraging’ aliyah as suspect. Why do Israeli developers believe that all North American Jews are wealthy and can afford these luxurious apartments? Not every North American Jew can afford to spend close to $800,000 to buy an apartment in any area in or around Jerusalem. What is being done to encourage aliyah for Jews who don’t have ‘luxurious’ means?
