To be eligible for the program, you must meet ALL 4 requirements:

1. Have a house built prior to 1985
2. Live in New York State 
   • We are currently NOT accepting PSEG customers for this rebate
3. Reside in a one or two-family home 
4. Meet income requirements (below 80% of Area Median Income or receiving SNAP, HEAP, SSI, TANF, etc.)

 Income limits for Queens, Kings, Bronx (Brooklyn), Rockland & Richmond Counties:

• 1-person household: up to $68,063
• 2-person household: up to $77,775
• 3-person household: up to $87,488
• 4-person household: up to $97,200
• 5-person household: up to $105,000
• 6-person household: up to $112,763
• 7-person household: up to $120,563
• 8-person household: up to $128,325
• 9-person household: up to $136,080
• 10-person household: up to $143,856

The following areas qualify under the program:

• Unfinished attic
• Flat Roof (that currently has no existing insulation) 
• Crawlspace
• Unfinished basement
• Exterior Walls (that currently has no existing insulation) 
• Garage Ceiling (when the garage is inside the home)
