Easy is the theme these days.
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup nondairy creamer
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 cups pareve whip
1 prepared chocolate graham cracker crust
Combine chocolate chips, nondairy creamer and marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. If not smooth, microwave a little longer and stir again. Cool – about 5 minutes.
In another bowl, beat whip until soft peaks form. Remove 1 cup and reserve. Add half the remaining whip to the cooled chocolate and blend well. Fold in remaining half and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared crust and spread. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Spread reserved whip over top of pie and return to refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
