Yoram Shachar, a brother of slain policeman Eliyahu Shachar, one of the victims of Samir Kuntar�s 1979 terror attack, called today�s prisoner exchange deal �contemptible�.

Yoram stated, �I share in the pain and grief of the Regev and Goldwasser families, and I believe that sometime in the future, they too will understand why this deal is contemptible and why it should not have been approved.
