On Wednesday however, this was not the case for a family traveling in Shomron, between Tapuach Junction and Migdalim. The victim was a 20-month-old girl, who was struck in her face, sustaining substantial soft tissue trauma and possibly more serious damage.

Over the years since the so-called First Intifada, these attacks have become a de facto part of life, as if they are the result of a Heavenly decree and therefore, they cannot be prevented.
