AUDIO: YWN Interviews Mayor & U.S. Air Force Chaplain Menashe Miller Being Deployed Next Week

As YWN has reported, Lakewood Mayor and U.S. Air Force Chaplain Menashe Miller is being deployed to the Middle East early next week. Despite his busy schedule, Mayor Miller granted an interview with YWN on Monday evening.

Mayor Miller ended his term last week, and will be deployed to the Middle East to serve as a chaplain for the troops during the holiday season.

Miller, an Air Force major, is expected to return in January. He served overseas in the same capacity last year.

One of the items he mentioned in the interview was the mailing address for people to show their support to the U.S. Troops overseas.

Those items can be mailed to:

Chaplain Miller
379 AEW / HC Victory Chapel
APO, AE 09309

When shipping items to the Middle East, it is considered as if you are mailing the item locally, and you only need to pay local U.S. Postal charges for the item.

Chaplain Miller tells us that anything for the troops celebrating Chanukah is appreciated.

  1. Hatzlocha Sir! Another way to help, for anyone who wants to support Jewish Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen or Marines is to help Koshertroops.com who does things for Jewish servicemen and women all year round.

  2. I wish him well and hope for his safe return …as well as the safe return of all American service members serving overseas. As one who served in the US Army during the Viet Nam War, the presence of the Jewish Chaplains was always a source of comfort to us Jewish soldiers. G-D Bless America!
