Rabbi Berland has finally arrived to Uman. A large police motorcade was seen escorting him through the crowds on Erev Rosh Hashanah.

As YWN reported, his departure from Israel was delayed multiple times by the court until 740,000 NIS was placed as bail, and until the Ukrainian Police gave a statement (see below) that they will be providing a police escort throughout his stay in Ukraine.
