Ohel To Open New ‘Camp Kaylie’


Wurtsboro, NY – Offering all the benefits of the best summer camps and so much more, Camp Kaylie at OHEL is the first of its kind fully integrated camp opening IY”H Summer 2011 that will draw together campers of all abilities.

The unique vision of the President and Board of Directors at OHEL Children’s Home and Family Services, Camp Kaylie will provide an exceptional camping experience to an equal number of typically developing campers with no disabilities and campers with developmental disabilities.

A state-of-the-art camp offering unparalleled sporting and outdoor facilities, Camp Kaylie offers exhilarating programs and a unique camping environment that nurtures sensitivity and opportunities to develop self-awareness and personal growth.

The public are invited to an OPEN HOUSE this Sunday July 18th between 11am-2pm at the campsite at 400 Mount Vernon Road, Wutrsboro, NY.

Parents, campers and prospective staff can meet the new Camp Director, Rabbi Peretz Hochbaum and other senior staff, tour the camps modern facilities, and discover more about the phenomenal leadership, learning and activity-enriched programming. Refreshments and light food will also be served.
