An 15-month-old child died in the Southern Hebron Hills community of Shima early Friday afternoon, 10 Adar I. The child�s mother found the child got into a pail of water and summoned EMS but life-saving efforts were unsuccessful. MDA EMTs and paramedics tried to resuscitate the child without success.

The child�s father was notified while out of the country and was heading home before Shabbos.
