Nazi supporters have daubed a Swastika and an anti-Semitic slogan on the gates of a Jewish school.

The words “Yid [expletive removed by YWN] were written in black marker alongside the offensive symbol outside Beis Chinuch Lebonos Girls School in Stamford Hill, which has children between the ages of two and 16 in attendance.

Police, called at about 9am by shocked passers-by, are appealing for information.

It comes after the words “[Expletive removed by YWN] the Jews” were scrawled on the gates of nearby Simon Marks primary school at the end of June. Last month anti-Jewish graffiti in Polish appeared on two walls in the same area.

Michael Scher from Stamford Hill Shomrim said: “Targeting a Jewish school with anti-Semitic graffiti is very low – nobody should have to face hate crime of any kind, especially young children.

“Anti-Semitic graffiti appeared at the same location a few weeks ago with the words ‘Yids out’.

“I urge anyone with information to get in touch and call the police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
