Jerusalem Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi Aryeh Stern Shlita on erev Shabbos was out in Machane Yehuda along with those who weekly seek to persuade booth stall owners to close earlier to avoid chilul Shabbos.

Rabbi Stern was warmly received by all, with many requesting a bracha. The rav encouraged them to close an hour before Shabbos, explaining the benefits of such a decision to them.
