In his address to the Herzliya Conference on Thursday,�Vice Premier and a former IDF chief of staff, Moshe Ya�alon explained that the explosion which occurred in an Iranian missile facility in November 2011 hit a facility working on a long-range missile, one with a range of 10,000 kilometers (6,000 miles), which also places the United States in attack range.

Taking part in a panel discussion for and against an attack against Iran�s nuclear program, Ya�alon stated that �a military strike against Iran is doable�, pointing out that �mortals protect every facility and mortals can penetrate them. A military strike against each facility is possible. I know from personal experience�.
