Officials in Uman reported on Thursday, 2 Shevat, that snow has arrived and Ichud Breslov in Uman has been working to keep the routes to and from the tziyun of Rav Nachman ZT�L open to travelers.

Ichud Breslov adds that in the event of an emergency in Uman, one should call 063-800-1221, a local phone call that will access United Hatzalah.
