Officials in Uman reported on Thursday, 2 Shevat, that snow has arrived and Ichud Breslov in Uman has been working to keep the routes to and from the tziyun of Rav Nachman ZT”L open to travelers.

Ichud Breslov adds that in the event of an emergency in Uman, one should call 063-800-1221, a local phone call that will access United Hatzalah.
