What about having a hundred children on a packed bus at 8 in the morning?
everyone in Israel knows that the Egged bus drivers are above the law. They own the streets and can do as they wish. After them come the cab drivers who inherit ownership of the roads. Then after them come the police.
Pedestrians are careful to stay 10 meters from any street for fear of being caught in the deadly fumes of passing buses and cabs….
