Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu released a statement on Thursday morning about the fatal terror attack outside the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., on Thursday evening which took the lives of a young couple, Yaron Lischinsky Hy”d, and Sarah Milgrim, H’yd.

In the statement, Netanyahu said that he was updated on the details of the “horrifying antisemitic murder” by Israeli Ambassador to the US  Yechiel Leiter and US Attorney General Pam Bondi. The latter said that US President Donald Trump is involved in managing the event, and America will bring the murderer to justice.

“Attorney General Bondi asked to convey her condolences to the families of the young couple who were due to become engaged soon,” the statement said. “Prime Minister Netanyahu thanked her and President Trump for their clear stance against antisemitism.”

“We are witnessing the terrible price of antisemitism and the wild incitement against the State of Israel,” Netanyahu added. “Blood libels against Israel have cost us blood and must be fought.”

“My heart aches with the families of the beloved young man and woman, whose lives were cut short in one fell swoop by a vile antisemitic murderer. I have ordered the boosting of security arrangements at Israeli diplomatic missions around the world as well as for state representatives,” Netanyahu concluded.

  1. How about you control the right wing extremists in your government that make statements that enrage and stoke the flames of hatred. How about you take some responsibility for your failures on 10/7 and during the war and stop blaming everyone else. Bibi is leading Israel to the precipice. And BTW has never apologized for his now established lies about arson and the recent fires in Israel.
