The Shin Bet and IDF thwarted a Hamas plot to assassinate National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Shin Bet revealed on Wednesday.

The terror suspects, who were being directed by Hamas terrorists in Turkey, planned on carrying out the assassination via explosive drones.

The operation was carried out by the Shin Bet and IDF over the past few weeks in the Chevron area.
