Two terrorists attempted to run over several paratroopers at a checkpoint in Chevron on Motzei Shabbos.

The soldiers opened fire at the car and killed both terrorists. One soldier was lightly injured in the incident.

The IDF spokesperson stated: “A short time ago, two terrorists accelerated their vehicle toward forces of the Paratroopers Brigade who were engaged in operational activity at a checkpoint in the Yehuda Brigade.”

“The forces opened fire at the terrorists and eliminated them on the spot.”

The attack is the second ramming attack in the Chevron area within a week. On Monday night, a terrorist accelerated his vehicle toward IDF forces, injuring a female soldier who was evacuated for medical treatment.
