A frightening incident unfolded on Friday when a child riding a skateboard was struck by a vehicle inside a parking garage, after which the vehicle drove over the child. Bichasdei Hashem, the child suffered only minor injuries and was able to walk away from the scene, stunning onlookers given the severity of the incident.
