A judge on the U.S. Court of International Trade has ordered the Trump administration to begin the process of refunding more than $130 billion in tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), following the Supreme Court’s February 2026 ruling striking down the tariffs. The Trump administration is expected to appeal.
