WATERBURY: Rabbi Moshe Dov Heber of Yeshiva Ktana of Waterbury brought his finance class to City Hall for a special presentation from city officials. During the visit, Waterbury Mayor Paul Pernerewski stopped in to greet the students, who then received a detailed 45-minute presentation about the city and its operations.
