Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) survived a key test vote Sunday on his way to becoming the next DHS Secretary, as the DHS shutdown continues.

The 54–37 vote largely followed party lines, Mullin, tapped by President Trump, still faces a final confirmation vote, likely Monday evening.
