Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) survived a key test vote Sunday on his way to becoming the next DHS Secretary, as the DHS shutdown continues.

The 54-37 vote largely followed party lines, Mullin, tapped by President Trump, still faces a final confirmation vote, likely Monday evening.
