The White House denied an Iranian state media report claiming the U.S. and Iran are discussing a memorandum of understanding that would include U.S. forces withdrawing from the vicinity of Iran, the lifting of the blockade on Iranian ports, and the restoration of commercial shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
