Former NYPD Officer Found Not Guilty Of Assaulting Cyclist

A former NYPD officer was found not guilty of assaulting a cyclist during a rally in Times Square two years ago.

However, Patrick Pogan was convicted on charges of falsifying business records and offering a false instrument for filing.

Pogan was caught on camera knocking cyclist Christopher Long to the ground during a Critical Mass bike ride.

Both claimed that the other instigated the incident.
