US Military Warns Against Iranian Suicide Boats

Amid the growing speculation of an imminent Israeli assault against Iran, Vice Admiral Mark Fox, commander of the US 5th Fleet and the senior US Naval officers in the Persian Gulf, warns of Iranian suicide boats.

Speaking with members of the press, the vice admiral explained that US naval forces are ready for anything, and he did not detail the plan to address the suicide boats as he referred to them. While exhibiting confidence, the commander of some 25,000 troops explained “we are not bulletproof”, acknowledging the Iranian force is to be taken seriously.

“We’ve developed very precise and lethal weapons that are very effective, and we’re prepared,” Fox said. “We’re just ready for any contingency.”

He explained he is aware of Iranian naval capabilities, which includes small attacks vessels that could “strike a blow” against his forces, or possible divers laying mines around US naval vessels. “Some of the small boats have been outfitted with a large warhead that could be used as a suicide explosive device. The Iranians have a large mine inventory.”

Despite White House objections to an Israeli offensive strike against Iran, US forces have been taking up position regional waters as a warfare scenario involving Israel appears increasingly likely.   (YWN – Israel Desk, Jerusalem)

  1. It looks like all hell is set to break loose.

Three prominent Torah sages in Eretz Yisroel have been taken to hospitals, and on in America, within just the last couple of days. This is often a prelude to significant events.
