8 hour drive from NY to Ohio. Go see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and if you like Football, the Canton Football Hall of Fame.

Flowers, how old are your children?
For a Sunday trip, how about an IMAX film. There are some wonderful films about animals, the universe, etc.
For a few days, Lake George, New Hampshire, Amish country. I personally love to tour D.C. True, the summer is hot and humid in the Baltimore area, but there are so many wonderful museums to enjoy. Good Luck and have a safe trip:)
