My 10 odd days of forced vacation, which I resent because of the connection with notzri holidays, is over BH, so no more time to play here. I’ll pass by occasionally when something outrageous happens, but really I won’t be online much for non-business reasons until Chol Hamoed Purim.

I do not really look at yeshiva news, but I just did and went right away to the funny shidduch stories because I could always add some more to my repitoire and I started from the beginnig and I was lol so hard!
It’s been a mighty long time since I’ve been on the shores of the coffee room but I just wanted to pop by and say hello!
Ive gotten married BH and accomplished a bit while I took a break from the coffee room but thought I would pop by to say hi. The coffee room is nice and friendly and I miss it but I realized how much I can accomplish when i dont waste tons of time on the computer… 🙁

Just a point of dikduk- of which Talmid lo chacham made me think. I always thought that the word “talmid” in “talmid chochom” is translated in the possessive form, meaning talmid (shel ish) chochom, the student of a wise person, and not “a wise student.” Therefore, the feminine form would not be talmida chachama, but talmidas chochom (or chachama if her teacher were a learned woman). Anyone know anything about this? Just curious…
