Trump is the best president this country ever had, and as far as the Jewish people are concerned he is the best Gentile ruler since Koresh (Cyrus). I don’t care about his character, certainly not any more than I care about the character of a plumber – he gets the job done, and better than anyone else.

First of all, there is no such place as “the west bank (of Jordan)”, rather is it called Judea/Samaria. I live in large Jewish shtetl in Binyamin and it is the safest place in Israel. I would be a lot more worried walking around Jerusalem, or in Europe for that matter. On the contrary, all American Jews should come here and hasten the Geula.

Moshe S. The shul that uses a mic is not Modern Orthodox or Orthodox of any colour. Please do not spread hotzaat shem ra on Modern Orthodoxy that has no foundation in reality.

The answer is simple: Religious Zionism. If you look at the Israeli counterpart of Modern Orthodoxy, not only it is thriving, but is also growing both in numbers and its Torah learning and influence in the broader Israeli society. It turns out the vision of Rav Kook is playing out better than that of Rav Soloveitchik.

Hillary will be indicted, so the real question is will it be Bernie or Trump. Considering that Bernie is a self-hating Jewish commie, Trump would be a thousand times better for the Jew and for Israel.

Vote for the most pro-Israel candidate which is Cruz. Rubio would have been probably better against Hillary, but Trump is a wacko and a wild card who cannot be given the nomination. He will lose spectacularly to Hillary or even worse to Sanders, making America into the Soviet Union.

The Queen: last year in Israel approximately 500 people were killed in road accidents, as opposed to only two dozen in terrorist attacks. Your logic just doesn’t work. Eretz Israel is the safest place for a Jew, and the only country with the positive Jewish growth. Assimilation kills approximately 100,000 Jews in the diaspora yearly. Here, our population grows by 150,000 every year.

Health, what does “Zionists” even mean now? You may have to clarify the term. We have here hilonim, traditional, dati leumi, hareidi (litai, chassidi) and anything in between. Any one them can be proud and patriotic of their country or ashamed and hateful. Most hilonim are “post-Zionists” now, not “Zionists”. The set the process in motion, but their role is decreasing, as their percentage in the general population decreases. It is likely in 50 years there will be a religious majority just through natural growth. Torah and the yeshot are thriving. Yes, they have financial problems, but the level of Jewish literacy and learning is higher than ever. In my shul, I can count a few people who DON’T learn the daf yomi on one hand, everyone else does. If 100 years ago one could claim that the new yishuv was against yiddishkeit, this is no longer the case – there is no better and easier place to be a frum Jew.

Read the end of the Kuzari, and it will clarify your vision. What is the excuse for staying in the tumah of Eretz haamim once one can make a safe journey to Eretz Israel, the land under direct hashgacha from Hashem, which he watches from the beginning of the year until its end? Worst of all, you are falling in the trap of the meraglim and issuing a dibah over the land, has veshalom. Aloh naaleh!

Finally, the majority of the Jewish people will be in the land of Israel within a decade, for the first time since the expulsion of the 10 tribes over 2500 years ago. This will be a halachic game-changer. Yes, we are waiting for Mashiach, but perhaps the Mashiach is also waiting for us.

This message is written in Motza”sh in Eretz Israel).

To all the galuti Jews here: it is time to come home! Every second you are outside Eretz Yisrael you are mevatel the mitzvah of yishuv haaretz and the mitzvot hatluyot baaretz, not to mention that all the remaining mitzvot have only true meaning when practiced in E.I. Finally, anyone dwelling outside E.I. As if he has no G-d, chas veshalom. Briderlekh aheim! Israel is once again the centre of Torah and b’ezrat Hashem will soon be a true Torah society. The demographic growth proves this. The hilonim will make teshuvah sooner than you think!
