I need somewhere where they are not so makpid about shacharis and relaxed… a bit of help with learning wouldn’t do any harm (not mir) preferably in E”Y but open to places in the US if they give visas…

More chilled than most (some smartphones in bein hazmanim possibly allowed) but very good for some, amazing mashgiach, but be warned water is poured on bochurim in the morning by the mashgiach! 🤣
