    The fact that you aren’t going because the options you have are too modern and, you are asking for chizuk means you want to grow. In more modern seminaries, I can tell you this : It is very easy to go downhill, you’re on your own and it is a complete free for all. A nice percentage of girls are looking to get a “college experience.” You will have to be very strong to grow in such an environment. Good luck! Ta’ali vitaztlichi!

    I think most people eat pizza motzei yom tov because its convenient and cheap. Packing up after Pesach is quite a feat and Pizza is a quick and easy food . Yes, there are those few people who NEED there pizza – but I have yet to meet one, have you?

    The most annoying part is going to work on an erev and having people say “your working today?????” with such disbelief.

    tickle me pink – I know two people that have flown with Turkish, one with a big family and one alone. They both had no problems and said it wasn’t scary (as much as the concept is).

    Not everyone gets swept off their feet! If its not your personality to get all bubbly and googoo gagaga you wont! If you need more time and are feeling pressured by your surroundings make sure you are making a mindful decision and not a pressured one. If your only doubt is that your not head over heals , girrrrl, he must be a great guy!

    I don’t work on Sundays. I don’t get paid for Sundays I am asked to come in for (which happens before holidays and during peak season)

    I always have work the day of Yom Tov (which gives me more need for the Sunday off)

    I think the reason why I feel dibbed is because there are a bunch of people that just don’t show up and because I don’t have the guts to do that I end up feeling like the moron that came to work.And its not like he gets annoyed that they don’t come.

    I know he is simply asking us to come in because he feels the need to use us to the last drop. Because we seriously sit and do nothing all day. I go out of my mind! Im coming on my day off, erev chag, and there isnt even any work that needs to be done.
