In response to the sharp increase in rocket fire into southern Israel, Magen David Adom has moved its forces in southern Israel to level 3, the organization’s highest operational status.

To accommodate the increase in manpower and resources being allocated in the south, MDA moved to a level 2 operational level in the Ayalon district to permit the shift of manpower and resources.

MDA blood bank officials urge the public at large to donate towards maintaining an adequate level in the nation’s blood bank in the event of a crisis chas v’sholom.
