HaGaon HaRav Yitzchak David Mann ZTL 68, Rosh Yeshivas Knesset Chizkiyahu in Rechasim was niftar after a most difficult illness.
The levaya began this morning, 15 Sivan 5772 at 11:00am at the yeshiva and the kvura will be in Kfar Chassidim, where the elders of the ravs family are buried.
While a talmid in Ponevezh, the niftar developed a relationship with HaGaon HaRav Elazar Menachem Mann Shach ZTL and other roshei yeshiva. After his father-in-law was niftar in 5741, he assumed the helm of the yeshiva which he held since. He authored 18 seforim, including Yad Melech and Beer Miriam on the Rambam.
