A 3-year-old chareidi boy fell from a second story balcony in Yerushalayim�s Beis Yisrael neighborhood during the night, 11 Menachem Av 5772. The incident occurred on Yosef Karo Street. The child was rushed to�Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, and was listed in critical condition. Doctors attempted to save his life, but were unfortunately unsuccessful. He was Niftar just after 3:00PM IL.
